At o2o, we don't just build software - we build the engine behind a movement. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work on tools that make bike leasing simple for companies and their employees. And yes, you can experiment with AI agents, Claude Code, and everything that makes us faster and smarter.

We are a vibrant scale-up that makes bike leasing easy and accessible for organizations and employees. Our mission? More people on bikes - because it's just better for themselves and the planet. And secretly also to outsmart the traffic jams.

What you'll do as a Full Stack Developer

You'll work across our entire stack - from database to user interface. And that means:

You build impactful features. From customer portals to internal tools, from API integrations to dashboards. You see your code in action with real users and immediately notice the difference you make.

You work with AI as a co-pilot, not as a toy. You have serious experience with coding agents - not just experimenting, but truly applying them in projects. You know when to use Claude Code or an MCP server, when to vibe code, and when to manually review. AI speeds up your work, but you understand what's happening under the hood.

You bring AI to our product. You brainstorm on how we can use AI in our features. Not to show off, but because it genuinely helps our customers and colleagues.

Your foundation is back-end. Laravel is your home base. You write clean code, think about architecture, and are comfortable with MySQL and Postgres. Vue on the frontend? You handle it with ease.

You deliver quality. Vibe coding is fun and gives you superpowers, but you also know when a thorough code review is needed. You apply your skills where necessary and consciously choose when to prioritize speed or depth.

Our stack

  • Backend: Laravel, PHP, Odoo, Python

  • Frontend: Vue.js

  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL

  • AI tooling: Claude Code, MCP servers, coding agents, n8n…

  • Environment: Google Workspace, Notion, Github

What we're looking for in you

  • You have a strong foundation in back-end development, preferably with Laravel.

  • You have hands-on experience with AI coding tools - beyond just experimenting.

  • You are comfortable with Vue on the frontend.

  • Python knowledge? Definitely a plus, especially if combined with Odoo.

  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.

  • You work independently and pragmatically - perfect for a scale-up.

  • You are curious and enjoy continuous learning.
