Your Role as Full Stack Developer

• You contribute to our powerful application that smoothly guides employers, employees, and bike dealers through the bike leasing process.
• Supported by team members and colleagues, you participate in the entire development process. You critically assess existing elements and think about possible optimizations, especially those aspects that help us collaborate more smoothly as a team.
• You work with other Full Stack developers, back-end developers, testers, and designers to improve the applications with each sprint. During the daily scrum meeting, you keep your finger on the pulse of the Development team. Together, you cycle 'agile' forward!
• During releases, you also provide training to your o2o colleagues. You lead everyone in the peloton.
• You ride in a leading group with plenty of room for personal development. Thanks to the open feedback culture, you receive both trust and learning opportunities.
