Your Role as a Full Stack Developer

You contribute to our stellar application that enables employers, employees, and bicycle dealers to smoothly navigate the bicycle leasing process. Supported by team members and colleagues, you work on the entire development process. You critically assess existing elements and think about potential optimizations, especially those that enable our team to work more smoothly.

You work with other Full Stack developers, back-end developers, testers, and designers to make the applications a bit better every sprint. During the daily scrum meeting, you keep the Development team on track. Together you cycle 'agile' further! Upon releases, you also provide training to your o2o colleagues, bringing everyone along in the peloton.

You cycle in a leading group with plenty of room for self-development. Thanks to the open feedback culture, you gain both a lot of trust and learning opportunities.

A Winning Formula?

Thanks to your expertise in web development, you remain comfortably in the saddle even with big challenges.

• You have at least 3 years of experience with Laravel (or equivalent PHP framework) and Vue (or equivalent front-end framework). No PHP experience yet but open to learning it? That's fine! (We have Django or Express enthusiasts who have made the leap in our team).

• You possess broad programming knowledge, are eager to learn, and are open to learning new technologies.

• Technologies like Linux, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code do not scare you.

• You are convinced that automated testing is part of a healthy codebase, and you have worked with CI/CD pipelines and tools (such as GitHub actions, Buddy, Jenkins).

• You are analytically strong and have an eye for detail.

• You are strong in English, both spoken and written. Speaking Dutch is a plus.

• You are a team player who dares to tackle individual challenges and responsibilities. On the way to the top, you set the bar higher for yourself.

• You come up with fresh ideas and new tools.

• "As long as I have the internet, I will find a solution" is your mantra.
